Development

Wirral Methodist Housing Association develops a variety of new and refurbished  properties each year.

The development team works on the day-to-day delivery of each housing scheme with WMHA acting as the client employing a range of partners to help develop new homes for both rent and shared ownership.

The main functions of the development team are to project manage the delivery of each development from purchasing the land or building through to completion of the new or refurbished homes.
