How to report a repair

In person: Call into our head office at 42 Hamilton Street, Birkenhead, Wirral CH41 5AE. Alternatively if you live in sheltered accommodation please report your repair to your warden.

In writing: You can use  the online repairs form or write to us at Oswald House, 42 Hamilton Street, Birkenhead, Wirral, CH41 5AE. Please describe the repair needed as clearly as possible, and give us some access details, including a contact telephone number if you can.
