Neighbourhood Plans
Wirral Methodist has homes across 13 neighbourhoods, mainly within Wirral but also in Ellesmere Port. We offer a choice of affordable homes and commercial shops to rent. We offer a range of affordable homes, supported housing and independent living in Wirral and Ellesmere Port.
This Neighbourhood Plan includes lots of information about the homes we maintain and the neighbourhood where you live. It includes:
The number of homes we own
Our future investment plans
How we support customers in their home
How we ensure that your neighbourhood is a safe, desirable and vibrant place to live.
We have worked closely with our customers who have told us what information they would like to see included in this Neighbourhood Plan.

Tenants Advisory Group (TAG)
We understand how important it is to provide our customers with opportunities to get involved with how we do things here at Wirral Methodist. They carry out basic property checks and make sure you keep your home in great condition. Make sure neighbourhoods are kept clean and tidy. Help with fly tipping or untidy gardens and provide information about neighbourhood events or walkabouts. We also have an Income Officer who is here to help and support you if you’re having financial difficulties or are struggling to pay your rent.
