Paul Carhart

Chief Executive

Paul has worked in housing for 30 years and joined Wirral Methodist in the summer of 2018.  Paul has worked for a range of Housing Associations across the North West and has extensive Non-Executive experience with large and smaller specialist providers.  Paul has experience in delivering excellent customer-focused services and enhancing the neighbourhoods where he works, and he is committed to developing high-performing teams

Mark Lowe

Director of Finance and Resources

Wirral-born Mark is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with extensive experience across many areas of finance. With over 20 years’ experience working in a variety of interim and permanent senior finance and project management roles with several housing associations across England, Mark is a key member of the Association’s Executive Team.

Mark is also a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee with Procure Plus, a long-established market leader in the housing procurement field.

Maggie Cornall

Director of Operations

Maggie has over 30 years’ experience working in social housing; much of her early career was spent on Merseyside, although the majority of her working life has been in Blackpool. Maggie has extensive Non-Executive experience in housing as well as in the third and charitable sectors. She is currently the Co-Chair of a homelessness charity based in Greater Manchester.

I have a busy home life, but enjoy keeping active walking my little Jack Russell dog, Molly, participating in exercise classes, going to the gym and jogging with friends.
