New Homes

As an organisation, we are committed to adapting to the ever-changing needs of our local area. We can see high demand for certain property types to match the needs of our community, and as such, we are aiming to develop properties that meet these needs.

The development team works on the day-to-day delivery of each housing scheme, with Wirral Methodist acting as the client, employing a range of partners to help develop new homes for both rent and shared ownership.

The main functions of the development team are to project manage the delivery of each development from purchasing the land or building through to completion of the new or refurbished homes.
