New Operations Director at Wirral Methodist Housing Association

We are delighted to announce that Maggie Cornall joins the Association as Operations Director from December 2025. Maggie is currently Director of Operations at Blackpool Coastal Housing and brings with her a wealth of experience of over 30 years in the housing sector. 

Chris Page leaves the association at the end of this month after an incredibly successful period implementing new systems, a new principle contractor, and overseeing a stock condition survey as well as the development of new homes. We thank Chris for all his hard work and wish him well in his retirement. 

Maggie said “I’m thrilled to be taking up the role of Operations Director at Wirral Methodist Housing Association in early December 2025.   

I’ve been really impressed by the organisation’s drive to provide high quality community housing services. I also know Wirral Methodist Housing Association has remained true to it’s original core values from the time the organisation was first established. They want to provide good quality homes which help tenants and their families reach their potential and I will absolutely continue that commitment.   

My predecessor Chris Page will be a hard act to follow, but I’m looking forward to bringing all of my knowledge, skills and experience, built up over a long career in housing, to this new and exciting role’’.
