We’re delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for the 2026 Northern Housing Awards in the category of Best Use of Technology by a Social Landlord.

This recognition highlights our ongoing commitment to innovation and our dedication to using technology to enhance services, improve efficiency, and deliver better outcomes for our residents and communities.

The winners will be announced on Thursday 21st May 2026 at the Northern Housing Awards ceremony, held at the Kimpton Clocktower, Oxford Road, Manchester.

Being shortlisted alongside so many forward‑thinking organisations is an honour in itself, and we’re incredibly proud of the team whose hard work and creativity made this possible.

We look forward to celebrating with the sector and continuing to push boundaries in the months ahead.
