My Home – Online portal
You can now manage your tenancy online using the online portal My Home.
When you log in you can:
pay your rent and view your account,
complete forms and give feedback
report repairs
track when your repair will be completed
future events
You will have all the information you need at your fingertips and you can email any queries or concerns you may have and we will respond.
You first have to set up an account and registering. You will need your tenancy reference number which you can find on your rent increase letter or if you need help email us at info@wmhaltd.org.uk and we will assist you to log in.
